This workshop aims to offer a safe and connective space for couples to deepen intimacy through sensory exploration and authentic relating practices. Couples will walk away feeling connected, + in touch with themselves and their partners.

She loves to unravel layers of expectation and shame in order to create the intimacy women crave with themselves and their romantic partners. She wishes for every woman to embrace their body and views holistic sexuality as something to be celebrated, adored, and explored.
