Level I Reiki Training: May 19th - 21st

Join Reiki Master Angelina Barbieri for a deep dive into Reiki I Training. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing which brings universal life force energy through the hands in order to heal the body emotionally and physically. This practice was founded by Mikao Usui in the late 1800s when he experienced on his own spiritual journey. This method alongside Western Medicine promotes stress reduction and relaxation. The class will have an in-depth coverage of the history and fundamentals of Reiki and will use 2 ½ days to integrate these principles and teachings so each student can fully grasp the beauty of this modality and all it has to offer. Reiki I is especially useful for anyone starting or wanting to enrich their own healing practice.  

Training includes:

- Meditation techniques and postures

- Gassho - A daily Reiki ritual practice 

- History and fundamentals of Reiki 

- Gokai - Develop the spiritual and mental connection using gokai (five precepts)

- Kokyû hô - Breathing techniques appropriate to this level to balance, ground clear and shield one's energy before and after practicing Reiki 

- Tenohira - Self Healing hand positions and time set aside for practice 

- Reiki I Placement 

- A hardcopy manual and certification of completion 

ADDITIONALLY

- Brief introduction to working with Chakras, Aura, and other teachings that align with Reiki 

- Using Archangel Michael & Archangel Raphael on your healing journey

MORE ABOUT ANGELINA

Angelina is a second generation reiki practitioner. Her first experience with reiki was with her aunt in 2009 who had studied under one Doi Hiroshi in Panama City, Panama. In 2012 Angelina moved to Los Angeles California where she became fully certified as a Reiki Master. Angelina is also a devoted artist and mother of two who uses her intuitive gifts to help people find and speak their truth. With the help of the angels and modalities such as Reiki healing and oracle readings, she believes it is possible for anyone to live in their light.
