ALL LEVELS: Breath Meditation
It’s time to let go of the stress, release what’s holding you back and awaken to your true self!
Experience a transformational breathwork practice to invite in healing; Mind, Body, Heart and Spirit. During this 1.5 - hour workshop participants will learn a practice that uses conscious connected breathing and body-mind techniques to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being. Participants are encouraged to allow whatever is happening to emerge as they breathe deeper and faster. Occasionally energy release work is offered to move past a blockage and the facilitator will provide assistance if required. After the breathing session there is time to capture the experience through art work and mandala drawing. Followed by a supportive sharing circle where participants are free to share as much or as little as they wish about their art and experience.

Attending the Workshop:
Dress comfortably for light movement
Most importantly, prepare to fully surrender to the process
Have a light meal prior, food no less than 1-2 hrs before the session (full bellies make it hard to do breathwork)!
