This level starts to move with a moderate class flow as you continue on your Pilates journey.

Continue to build core strength as well as increase your flexibility, balance, strength and endurance.

The foundation exercises are augmented with additional beginning to intermediate classical and contemporary exercises.

Modifications and progressions are included.
