This class focuses on restorative movements to promote a healthy respiratory system, giving you the tools to develop stronger breathing mechanics to combat; stress, digestion, boost your immune system amongst a host of other benefits.

Each class ends with a peaceful meditation to center, cleanse and release. In this class, you will be guided through a series of exercises to stretch, strengthen and mobilize your respiratory system all while bringing you to a centered mental state of clarity and peace.
